Choose from four different studio sizes, each featuring a private bathroom and a queen or king-sized bed. Some studios include balconies, and all guests have access to our stunning rooftop.

Our rent covers internet, water, electricity (up to a measured Kwh amount), gas for the stove and hot water. Each studio features a full bathroom, an equipped kitchen with a 7 sq ft refrigerator, AC, and a roof ventilator.
Convenience and security
Benefit from gated and covered parking for small cars, a central laundry facility, gated entrances, and an onsite administrator. For your peace of mind, all doors are equipped with coded locks and a safe box is provided in each unit. Pets are allowed for a fee and with certain restrictions.
